  • Analysis and purification of proteins and lipids: 1D and 2D electrophoresis, analytical and semi-preparative HPLC in reverse and normal phase, ion exchange and size exclusion chromatography, affinity chromatography, gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry, HPLC coupled to mass spectrometry.
  • Cloning, PCR, production and purification of recombinant proteins.
  • Immunochemical methods (ELISA, immunoblotting) and immunocytochemical methods (coupled with confocal microscopy, transmission electron microscopy).
  • Structural analysis: circular dichroism, fluorescence and infrared spectroscopy.
