Actual position and research subject

Current position: Research Technician in the ISD team, Team Quality Coordinator and BIA Metrology Manager
Research theme: Study of texture (rheology and texturometry) on various hydrated matrices (based on polysaccharides or animal or vegetable proteins) or processed products, but also on cereal products such as biscuits, bread dough, flat breads, etc. Thermodynamic study using microcalorimetry on starch, cereal products and vegetable proteins.
