We propose to work on the research topics covered at the La Géraudière site in Nantes:

In the area of food, you will learn about milk, bread, emulsions, their constituents and their structure.

You will also be able to make biomaterials from starch, a renewable resource that is more environmentally friendly than the fossil resources used to make plastics.

Organised by

Presentations are free of charge. They are prepared in close collaboration with the teachers. Teachers choose the form and content they want, depending on the subjects involved (physics, chemistry, life and earth sciences, economics, geography, etc.), the level of the pupils (primary or secondary), the projects in place and the time they have available.
