Actual position and research subject

Current position: Research engineer in the ISD team
Research theme: I have dual expertise in food science and information and communication technologies (ICT).

My work focuses on knowledge engineering, the Semantic Web, and FAIR data (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable). I am responsible for developing ontologies and knowledge bases, and I contribute to the design of multi-criteria analysis tools related to food design and the bioeconomy, with the goal of developing foods that are healthy, sustainable, and satisfying from both a functional and sensory perspective.

Within the ISD team, my project focuses on knowledge representation and reasoning related to the interactions between food components and combination of ingredients within food matrices.
