Activities for schools: Place ô Gestes

On 3 and 4 October, the unit presented the job of research technician at the Place ô Gestes forum at Les Dervallières in Nantes. It was an opportunity to get young people interested in the world of research through professional gestures.

This year's theme was milk. Microscopic observations, dilutions and the acid precipitation of caseins were the highlights of the stand run by Valérie, Elisabeth, Camille and Alice. We hope that these activities will plant seeds in the minds of these young schoolchildren.
