Secondary school teachers visit the unit

Researchers from the Dispersed Systems Interfaces team opened the doors of their laboratory to a dozen secondary school teachers.

For many years now, the unit has been taking part in ‘Professeurs en entreprise’, an initiative organised by the C Génial foundation. Once again this year, for the tenth edition of this operation, the BIA unit responded by welcoming a group of teachers on 24 November 2017. After an introduction in the plenary room by V. Operation 'Professors in Business' webpage

The Operation Business Teachers invites secondary school teachers, project managers, school heads, guidance counselors and other national education executives to visit research and development sites. Within these sites, they are hosted by scientific leaders for in-depth exchanges. The aim is to set up meetings between teachers (without their pupils) and those involved in science and technology in companies in order to share knowledge, ideas, experiences and practices, as well as to exchange information on scientific careers and occupations in industry. The 10th edition of the Teachers in Business operation was held this year throughout the national territory on November 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 and 24, 2017.
